Well hey all--20 yrs--can you believe it? For the past 12 of them I have been providing child care from my home. I loved the idea of spending those first years at home with the kids, and this allowed for me to bring in some cash flow at the same time. I have been taking online courses for four years now, and am close to finishing up with a degree in elementary ed.
I was married to the kids' dad for 10 years, having just split up a few years ago. Thier dad and I get along better now than we have in years! lol We are in the same area and he spends lots of time with the kids.
Two years ago I met a great guy, and although neither of us are in any rush to walk down the aisle again, we have been very happily living together for the past year and a half. He has 2 boys, 8 & 15, so when the whole crowd is together we make for one full house! lol |
